Today, we are pleased to announce that Ultimate Nordic AS has entered into an agreement for the purchase of assets and all rights to the Norwegian trademark Orack from Oracksport AS as of 1.7.2019..

Orack will form the basis for our further efforts within the club segment. Not only do we get access to a very strong brand within bicycle, race and xc-skiing, but there will also start three new creative employees in the company from 1. of August.

Orack has been built up as a B2B and club portal. We want to further develop this in cooperation with our other strong brands in the segment.

Orack becomes part of our club and team department, but will work across all relevant departments.
